The website provides general educational and informational content concerning real estate, homebuying, investing concepts, projects, books, and related subjects. Content is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer, accountant, tax professional, financial professional, licensed real-estate professional, lender, inspector, title professional, or other qualified adviser.
No Offer or Guarantee
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell securities, a promise of investment returns, a guarantee of financing, a guarantee of property availability, or a guarantee of any real-estate result.

Books and Purchases
Book purchases are processed through Stripe. Pricing, shipping charges, taxes, and checkout details displayed at the time of purchase form part of the transaction.

Third-Party Links
The website may link to government agencies, social-media platforms, payment services, homebuyer resources, or other third-party websites. Those sites are controlled by their respective operators. Flipping Hard LLC is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, accuracy, or security.
Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious code, use the contact form for spam or unlawful activity, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Guest consideration is not an endorsement or recording release.
Submitting a media or guest inquiry does not guarantee selection, an interview, publication, compensation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Submitted background, credentials, experience, and proposed topics should be truthful and should not infringe another person's rights.
A guest's statements remain that guest's viewpoints unless Flipping Hard LLC expressly states otherwise. Any recording, editing, distribution, promotional use, ownership, or licensing terms should be addressed through a separate written guest release or agreement before publication.
PAID MEMBERSHIPS & RECURRING BILLING
Monthly plans continue until canceled.
Flipping Hard Insider and Investor Pro are monthly recurring memberships. The price and billing frequency shown at checkout control the transaction. Unless canceled, the selected paid membership renews automatically each billing period using the payment method maintained through Stripe.
Members may manage payment methods and cancellation through the available member billing portal. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid billing period, paid access may continue through that period. Refunds, credits, taxes and other billing matters are subject to the checkout terms, applicable law and any policy displayed at the time of purchase.
Investor Pro is intended as the full-access membership level and includes the benefits made available to lower membership levels. The advertised $2 book benefit applies to eligible Flipping Hard book purchases only while Investor Pro is active, is not cash, is not retroactive, and may be subject to checkout or promotion limitations disclosed at purchase.
MEMBERSHIP & THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES
Curated access does not transfer third-party rights.
Paid Flipping Hard membership may include curated directories, educational explanations, checklists, and links to government or third-party real-estate resources. Government records and websites remain controlled by the applicable public agency. Third-party websites remain controlled by their respective owners and may require separate registration, payment, acceptance of terms, or eligibility. A Flipping Hard subscription does not include a third party's paid subscription, account, bidding rights, data license, or services unless Flipping Hard explicitly states otherwise in writing.
Members may not use Flipping Hard to scrape, republish, resell, redistribute, or bypass the access controls or terms of any third-party service.
MORTGAGE, BANK & PROFESSIONAL DIRECTORY LINKS
External applications remain with the provider.
Flipping Hard may organize links to mortgage programs, banks, credit unions, housing agencies, licensed professionals and other real-estate service providers. Flipping Hard does not approve loans, quote binding rates, make credit decisions, take mortgage applications through these directory pages, or guarantee eligibility. When a visitor follows an external link, any application, underwriting, service agreement, data collection, fees and regulatory disclosures are handled by that third party under its own terms.
Directory inclusion does not by itself mean that Flipping Hard endorses, ranks, recommends, is affiliated with, or receives compensation from the provider. Any future sponsored or compensated placement should be identified as such.
