Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Charges

Current direct website book orders include a flat U.S. shipping charge of $5.99 per checkout. Applicable sales tax, when required and configured through checkout, is calculated separately.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is successfully completed. Delivery times can vary based on destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, inventory, and other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If a book arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, email flippinghrd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your name, order information, a description of the problem, and photos when applicable.

When the issue is confirmed, Flipping Hard LLC may provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Other Returns

Unless required by applicable law, physical book sales are final once shipped. Please contact us before sending any item back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Flipping Hard LLC or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking indicates an unusual delay or a package appears lost, contact us so we can review the shipment details and determine the appropriate next step. Carrier investigations and delivery claims may take additional time.
